Who we are
Huivex Auto Global, Ltd. (陕西汇驰天下汽车贸易有限公司) is a vehicle sourcing and export company based in Xi'an, China. We are responsible for the personal information described in this notice.

What we collect
When you send an enquiry through our quote form, we collect:
- your name and, if you give it, your company name;
- your country or region;
- your email address and/or phone number;
- the type of enquiry, the vehicles you are interested in, the quantity, the destination and your message;
- the language you used on the site, the time of the enquiry, and the fact that you agreed to this notice.
To stop repeated or automated submissions, we also use your IP address for about ten minutes after you send the form, then delete it. Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.
If you contact us directly by email, phone, WhatsApp or WeChat, we receive whatever you choose to send us.
We do not ask for payment details, identity documents or other sensitive personal information through this website.
How we use it
- to reply to your enquiry, prepare quotes and follow up on that enquiry;
- to send you an automatic confirmation that we received your enquiry;
- to protect the website and the form against spam and abuse;
- to meet legal and accounting obligations if you become a customer.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not add you to marketing mailing lists.
We use your information because you agree to it when you send the form, and because you are asking us to take steps before a possible purchase. You can withdraw your agreement at any time (see "Your rights" below); this does not affect what we did before.
Who we share it with
We use a small number of service providers, who process your information only to provide their service to us:
- Vercel Inc. hosts the website and processes form submissions;
- Supabase stores enquiries in our database;
- Resend (which sends through Amazon Web Services) delivers the notification and confirmation emails.
If you go ahead with an order, we share the details needed with the suppliers, inspection, logistics and customs partners involved in that order. We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
International transfers
Our service providers store and process information on servers outside mainland China, and possibly outside your own country. We choose established providers that protect data in transit and at rest. By sending the form, you agree to your information being transferred and processed in this way for the purposes above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for up to three years after our last contact with you, then delete them. If you become a customer, we keep order records for as long as the law requires. IP addresses used to limit submissions are deleted after about ten minutes.
Cookies and browser storage
We do not use advertising or analytics cookies. The site saves your language choice (English or Chinese) in your browser's local storage so it opens in the same language next time. Nothing else is stored, and clearing your browser data removes it.
Links to WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook and Instagram take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to enquiries is limited to the people who need it to reply. No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you and give you a copy;
- correct information that is wrong or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- withdraw your agreement or object to how we use your information.
To make a request, email info@hautoglobal.com. We will reply as soon as we can and within the time the law requires. You may also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
Children
This website is meant for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 14. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when our website or services change. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
