Information on this site
The site gives general information about the vehicles we can source and the services we offer. Specifications, equipment, colours and availability change often and can differ by market and model year. Photos and 360° views are for illustration; some are computer-generated and may not show the exact vehicle supplied.
Nothing on the site is an offer to sell a vehicle at a particular price or on particular terms.
Enquiries, quotes and orders
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract. A quote is valid only for the vehicle, price and period stated in it. Every order is covered by a separate written agreement that sets out the price, payment, inspection, shipping and delivery terms. If that agreement differs from these terms, the agreement applies.
Import rules in your country
Import, registration, tax and vehicle approval rules differ from country to country. Please check the rules that apply to you before ordering. We are happy to share what we know, and the order agreement sets out who handles each step.
Brands and trademarks
Vehicle brands, model names and logos shown on the site belong to their owners and are used only to identify the vehicles. Huivex Auto Global is an independent sourcing and export company. No official dealership or manufacturer endorsement is implied.
Using the site
Please do not:
- send false enquiries or use someone else's details;
- copy, scrape or republish the site's content for commercial purposes without our written permission;
- try to disrupt the site, get around its security, or overload it with automated requests.
Our content
The text, design, logo and other content of the site belong to us or are used with permission. You may view and share pages for your own reference, with a link back to the site.
Links to other services
The site links to services such as WhatsApp, WeChat, Facebook and Instagram. We do not control those services, and their own terms and privacy policies apply.
Liability
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without guarantees that it is complete, current or always online. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by relying on information on the site or by the site being unavailable. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. If a dispute arises, we will first try to resolve it by discussion; if that fails, it will be handled by the competent court where our company is registered in Xi'an. Disputes about an order are handled as set out in that order's agreement.
